I could see the difference in using Varalife. But why does when I burp , I could fish oil smell. Inspite it has been advertised as vegan

I’ve used multiple melatonin tablets. None of them helped. Some helped to an extent. This one didn’t immediately show any result until 2 weeks but it’s been improving and I’m liking it. I’ve been using it for more than 3 weeks now. I hope Vara can bring the prices down.

My sleep quality has improved, and I no longer feel groggy in the mornings.
I’ve just started my second week….. within 4 days my sleep was monumentally improved. I’ve gone now from 4 to 6 hours a night to consistently sleeping 7 to 9 hours EVERY night. I’m sure there are other less dramatic improvements. Once I get over the sleep improvements I’ll have time to analyze the nuanced changes.
I am one happy person!
