Orders
How do I know my order went through?
As soon as you complete checkout we email an order‑confirmation message with your payment summary. You’ll also receive follow‑up emails that keep you informed about your order status right up to delivery.
Can I change the shipping address or items after paying?
If you need to tweak the address, quantity or variant, write to hello@vara.life or WhatsApp +91 63666 94243 immediately. Changes are possible only before the parcel ships; once it’s on the way, the order is locked for security reasons.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes—email hello@vara.life before the item ships. The team will cancel within one business day and issue a full refund for prepaid orders. Cancellation isn’t available after dispatch.
What if my payment failed but money was debited?
Most failed transactions auto‑reverse within 48 hours. If the amount still shows as deducted, drop us a note with the transaction ID and we’ll liaise with the bank to finish the reversal.
Do you take COD (Cash on Delivery)?
At present, Varalife accepts prepaid orders via all major cards, UPI and net‑banking as well as COD.

What are my shipping options?
Every order within India ships free via Standard delivery—no minimum spend. Additional fees may be charged for international orders. Please contact us at hello@vara.life for personalized assistance.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We currently ship across India, the United States and the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?
In‑stock items reach you in 1–7 days from the purchase date within India. Shipping timelines for International Order vary.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
Indian customers pay nothing extra. US and UK customers may owe local duties or taxes at the port of entry, which are outside Varalife’s control.
How will I know if my parcel is delayed?
If there’s any unforeseen hold‑up, the support team emails you promptly with a new estimated delivery date.
Can I track my package?
A tracking link is included in the shipping‑confirmation email. Can’t find it? Ping hello@vara.life and we’ll resend the link.
Returns
What qualifies for replacement?
We offer a replacement if the product is defective, damaged in transit, lost, or past its expiry date on arrival.
How long do I have to report an issue?
Email hello@vara.life within 5 working days of receiving the parcel for incomplete, damaged or incorrect items; after that window we may be unable to assist.
Who pays return shipping?
For approved claims (defect, damage, expiry) Varalife arranges a free pick‑up or issues a prepaid label; you pay nothing extra.
How do I start a return or refund?
Write to hello@vara.life with your order number, photos (if damaged) and reason for return. You’ll get response instructions within 24 hours.
Can I return an opened bottle or sachet?
For safety reasons we can only accept products that are unopened, sealed and in original condition unless they arrived defective.
When will I see the money back?
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank’s processing speed.
Product Care
Do I need to refrigerate VaraSpan®?
Not necessary. Store the capsules at room temperature in a cool, dry place; refrigeration is optional if your climate is very hot.
Do I need to refrigerate VaraCare®?
No. Keep the sachets in a cool, dry cupboard; avoid direct sunlight or prolonged heat.
What’s the best time to take VaraSpan®?
Take 1 capsule each morning on an empty stomach for everyday support. Need an energy lift? You can safely take 2 capsules together.
Can I use VaraSpan® and VaraCare® together?
Absolutely—VaraSpan® targets cellular energy while VaraCare® supports sleep and cognition; the formulas are designed to be complementary.
When should I take VaraCare®?
Mix 1 sachet in water about an hour before bedtime for deeper sleep and next‑day clarity.
Who should avoid the products?
Out of caution, Varalife advises pregnant or nursing women to refrain from using either formula until more safety data are available.
